Welcome to my available houses. Keep in mind that FSP Realty is a fictional company, and what I would do if I had $25,000,000. I have decided to split my apartments and houses to make the most of the sites, and separate features that are exclusive to apartments vs. houses. This site will go into detail of the utilities which all will be required to pay by the tenant. There will also be the rooms that would be available. Every house will have features that exceeds Section-8 requisites. Since all of the features exceeds HUD’s requirements, I am confident that every residence will pass inspection.

One of the biggest differences is that most of the utilities are included in apartments. This is because I feel that we need more high quality apartments than houses. In other words, to address the housing shortage issue, we need to build up, and not out.

Calculating all of the rent from the houses, I will look at $10,850. This does not count property taxes, nor income taxes. This is the gross rent from all of the houses. While the houses aren’t as likely to generate as much as the apartments, they will still serve a role for those that would either need or prefer a house. You would be responsible for all of the utility costs including water and sewage. There will be a rooftop antenna for OTA? televisions, and solar panels to reduce the cost of electricity. There will be no gas service bill.
